The staff at the Fitness Edge specializes in developing sport specific training programs for athletes to enhance their athletic performance and prevent sports related injuries. Our staff consists of certified strength and conditioning specialists with backgrounds in physical therapy and athletic training, who possess extensive knowledge of orthopedic and sports medicine. We train youth, adolescent and adult athletes.
This background enables us to design effective training regimens to prevent injury and maximize performance. Sport specific training is designed specifically for those athletes seeking a competitive edge over their competition. We build dominant athletes.
