How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes. Remember, everyone is different!
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend iSweat due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date; however, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another iSweat. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is non-negotiable.

What do I need to bring to iSweat?
You will need to bring one set of 5-8 lb. hand weights

Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

After starting iSweat, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend iSweat the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
What is a membership plan?
We offer two membership plans. Both cover 5 4-week sessions with 6 monthly payments. The 3-day option allows you to attend up to 12 days in each 4-week session for $146 per month. You can also choose the unlimited plan and attend as many times as you wish for $179.
What is a typical day like at iSweat?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, you may go hiking or even train at a special location.
It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
What is the Pre iSweat Evaluation?
We will give you an introduction to iSweat and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.
We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning iSweat. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a post-iSweat comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!
